Joshua Bennett is an award-winning poet, professor, and author of eight books. He is also the founder and principal of Solon: a design studio specializing in the art of adaptation. Over the past two decades, Joshua has shared his original work at the Sundance Film Festival, Madison Square Garden, the NAACP Image Awards, and President Obama’s Evening of Poetry and Music at the White House. His writing has been published by outlets such as The New York Times, The Atlantic, and The Paris Review. Joshua is the Distinguished Chair of the Humanities and a Professor of Literature at MIT.
